are two basic grades of materials for builders and homeowners. Minimal
grade or "builder quality" is produced for price considerations
to serve builders of new homes and department stores. However, consumer
protection agencies recommend otherwise: quality products are usually
the best investment for the homeowner. Since labor costs remain
the same for installing either grade of materials, we feel that
the saving by using cheap material is not cost-effective. This is
why we research all building materials to select quality, which
will provide maximum return on investment for the homeowners.
